Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
iwant to take divorce from my husband ,i ve a son of 7 years old, i want to know that if after my divorce we both will not marry then who is the legal custodian of the child according to the law of Pakistan.

till 7 the mother is entitled for custody, but after the child will decied or the welfare of the child will be consider.

welfare of child is the prime consideration for the custody of minor.
