Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I have taken Khula from my husband and make a Raju after one month.
Now what is the status of Khula. And if I do an intercourse with my husband after Raju, If it is a Sin??

After the Khula a time of reconciliation is provided (90 days) and during these days and before the issuing of TALAQ certificate you can RUJU to your husband.
In your case no sin is committed if TALAQ certificate is not issued because talaq is effected when certificate is issued from Union Council.
Even if the certificate is issued and TALAQ is effected the parties can re marry without HALALA(without intervene marriage ).
