Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Do the kids have a say which parent they want to live with? Can they be forced by the court to live with the mother when they want to live with the father?

they have a say at teenages not before that.. Mother has the right to custody till the son is 7 years old and the daughter lives with her till she gets married.. However if the mother remarries she becomes ineligible for the custody of minors.. For more you can always consult me at [email protected]
