Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

a land is registered in thehis you name of my grand father and his younger brother,who died ten years later than my grandfather.the land is in possession of my cruel uncle.where as my grandfather had two sons and three daughters.hoew can other shares get their share?

In y our case you must filed a suit for declaration for the declaration of legal heirs and and must obtain a stay order on your property. then entries in Revenue record in your name. after this co sharer can file a suit for partition of subject combined property.
