Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i m a divorced lady with a 2 year old daughter. i want to go abroad 4 job..wat ll be the procedure.. will court seek permission 4m my ex husband. how long will the process take place.. i fear that if i go without court permission my ex may file cases in my absence
