Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I was married one and half year ago, my husband live with me for one week, he left UK, with the promise that soon he will apply for spouse visa for me. But he is totally disappeared. Now I decided to take divorce or Khullah. My husband has given me right of divorce under Nikkha Nama, I have no child. Kindly help me in this connection, we are living in Lahore, Pakistan

It ll be very easy to u to get divorce as same right has already given to u. butin my opinion u should filled a suit for recovery of maintenance and Dower etc against him,

if finally its decided by u that now u r no more intersted to remain as wife, so u can easily avail the right of divorce through court through any lawyer.
