Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Married in USA but now in Pakistan

I am married to a US citizen (girl), she had extra marital affairs and she deserted me couple of times. We got separated in February 2007 and I applied for my divorce but she did not sign the papers to bother me. I was sad enough to leave US permanently. I also did not recieve my green card but I do not care for it anymore because of my cheater wife. I left US in May 2007 and now I am in Pakistan and want to get a divorce from her, even though she might not sign the papers as she did not before. Please tell me the solution. I was living in Illinois when I left US. If I want to marry some one else who is other american or canadian, then I have to have a proper divorce but if she do not sign the papers, how can I get it done?

Re: Married in USA but now in Pakistan

you have not mentioned, but i presume that you are a muslim citizen of pakistan,my when you were in USA you had the remedy to go for an independant applicant for immigration on the groung that you sponsor spouse is deserting you and sort of black mailing on the ground that she was the sponsor, any way now you are in Pakistan you can divorce her any day you wish and her refusal has no value at all. There is a procedure involved in order to divorce the lady so contact for further details.
