i married my wife 3 years back but we didnot remain 1 month together for varios family reasons.Now i have a son of 2 years living with het at her parents home .she is also a pscho patientwhat are the chances of getting my son back before 7 years .thnx

if you can prove that the environment in which the minor is presently living and mothers mental conditions is in such a state, which amounts not in the welfare of the minor.
