Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I have been married for four years now, I lives in islamabad and my wife belongs to karachi, Its over about three months now, she went for a visit to her family, and after reaching karachi she just sat there and and after one month threating me that she has filed for divorce.
I want to ask i have not received a notice yet, can i take the custody of my daughter before i will get the notice.. since i have not received a notice yet. can i files a case against her that she is not letting me to meet my daughter. Is there any way possible? with police bailf
