I have been married for one years and 10 months now, I lives in islamabad and my wife belongs to karachi, now she is in karachi since last one month she is forcing me to live with her parents otherwise she will go for divorce or khula sir she planned that merry for just this purpose that she will black mail me and pressurize me and in meanwhile due to my extra ordinary love with my with my wife and daughter she insist me to live with her parents in karachi i have my daughter of just one year with me she doesnot care about daughter and reply that where ever she will married she will got babies sir yet now she doesnot files case for khula or divorce sir may i launch a case which stops her to get khula or divorce cause of cheats

Dear you cannot refrain your wife for filing of khula; however, you are to strategise how to safeguard your home in general and career of your baby in particular. You are advised to have your wife realised that you could never be shifted to her parents home (if you so wishes) before she decide to go for KHULLA.
You can also file suit for restoration of conjugal rights well before she file suit for khula by this court (if convinced) may direct her to rejoin you in your home. By this way a soft corner will also be developed in court.
