Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I want to marry a pakistani national who is divorced. Can a lawyer help me to verify the authenticity of his divorce paper issued in Karachi, Pakistan. I have a photocopy of this divorce paper. It must be registered in the concerned court? I shall pay the appropriate fee.
