Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I want to get marry on which woman that she get khulah from court 6 weeks ago. Please if I get marry what would we to save your self from legal action. And i am in uk and if I will come in Pakistan after 2 months We will save yourself from court or any legal action

you should wait 6 more weeks , then you are legally allowed to marry .

you can marry her after her obtainng Khula and observe Iddat Period from the family court of competent jurisdiction
please file an application before Chairman Arbitrary Council, at your Union council along with a certified copy of Decree. Then within 90 days they will issue a Talaq certificate. after that u ll be able to marry with another person according to law. this talaq certificate is mandatory for registration of you new marriage.This can also be arranged by your lawyer here in Pakistan before your arrival .
