Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

meri wife nay khula k liye apply kia hai. jis waqt humari shadi hoe thi tu larki ki taraf se jo wittnesses or wali hota hai wo meri taraf se thay. or humara nikah nama bhi registered nahi hai. larki key pass koi proof nahi. my question is this how is this possible k court ki taraf se mujhay 1st notice mila hai. main apni wife ko divorce nahi daina chahta bcoz now her mother creatas all this mess or us ka dimagh kharab kar dia hai. i know khula is the right of women. but in this situation main kisi bhi tarah se ye nahi honay daina chahta. plz guide me what can i do to stop this.
