Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

meri wife nay khula k liye apply kia hai. main out of country ho. mery ghar per court ki taraf se mujhay 1st notice mila hai. mera question hai k agar main ye meri taraf se mera wakeel 1st hearing ko attend nahi kartay tu kia court koi dosra notice send karay gi. ya 1st notice k bad apna faisla suna dai gi. or kia 2nd notice bhi 1st notice ki tarah meray mailing address per aye ga ya phir newspaper etc main. plz let me clear about this.

one more notice on your home address followed by a registered AD , and then in newspaper.
