Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

meri wife ne court se 05 sep 2011 ko khula li hai. aor mujhe koi bhi notice mosool nahi huwa hai. mera aek beta i5 dec 2010 ko huwa hai. aor meri gair mojudgi court ne khula bhi dedi hai aor dawari amount jo unho ne manga wo bhi pas kar dia hai aor 2000 per/month child ka kharcha (date of birth se balig honey tak) har sal 10% izafa . sab pas kar diya hai .ab me is khula ko cancle karwana chata hon. kia court se khula li hoi dubara cancle ho sakti hai . plz reply must . kyo k me apni wife ko wapas lana chahata hon.

khula can't be revoked. you should reconciliate the matter with your wife because just one talaq is occurred.. as far as the maintenance and dower is concerned, e right to contest is still exist in your favour...
