Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

If a muslim man marries an non muslim women in proper nikha and loves her but due to family pressure fakes having divorce with his wife does the second wife still be divorced and can she take action against her husband to just divorce her due to his family pressure who are not ready to accept her

divorce is not a joke... Its a divorce under islamic law in my opinion but Pakistani law will count it one divorce after notice of talaq is given to arbitration council.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
