hi our nikkah was done on febuary 2012,but after such period my wife want to get khula tell me what is the legal procedure and what belongings does i get to back from her ,

She can easily get it from family court.. She is only liable to return haq mehr.. You can also divorce her if you like to make the procedure easier for her.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
