Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I, a pakistani citizen living in Europe, married a divorced pakistani woman. She obtained her new NIC and I opened a joint account with her. Then suddenly it was revealed that she after her 1st. divorce had married again and this husband went abroad but did not send her any money. What is my position now? Is my marriage legal? She says she is divorced from him too but has no divorce paper. Was this not a crime to hide this marriage from the law as she married me even if she was divorced?

what was ur marriage status with that lady ?

have u signd Nikkah nama and registered ?

she legaly can not enter a new contract of marriage with any other even with previous husband.

she commited an offence under criminal law as well as Hadood laws,

if all requriments were fully completed in ur Nikkah then still she is ur legally weded wife.
