Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am a Pakistani divorced, educated, working women and single parent of two kids, boy, 11 years and girl 13 years. I have maintained their physical custody even before divorce. My ex-husband never paid any type of expenses for them. Now, I have applied ofr Canadian immigration. I am worried, will a court in Paksitan grant me custody of kids as well as permission to remove from jurisdiction as is required by Canada immigration rules. Please guide me.
