Can Pakistani husband contracts a second marriage outside country without permission from first wife and bring second wife to Pakistan? can Pakistani laws are implementable outside countries to Pakistani nationals?

Yes laws are applicable but sometimes their implementation is questionable.. He cant marry outside Pakistan under the law.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
