Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

a person who is defendent in family suit for maintanence of his son,

can he submitt application in family court U/S 12 G/W for meeting of his son ?

guardian ward not filed.

Yes only visitation can also seek from the court but same ll be file before Guardian judge instead of Judge Family Court.
