Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

i have got a PR card.i got divorced when i visited my homeland and my ex is still living in canada.i have a four years old daughter and my ex has no contact with her since the divorce.now i want to come back to canada and i want to get my rights and dont want my ex to meet my daughter.what are the implications in this case

From where have u taken divorce.... Has your ex filed any case of child custody? In which state of Canada he resides. On which bases u got PR card and is it expired or not. Please provide me answers at [email protected]

You must file a petition before Guardian Judge for the appointment of Guardianship of said minor before leaving Pakistan. It ll be decided Ex-parte in your favour then u llbe able to go any where freely.
