what procedure is to be adopted by a husband living at america to divirce his wife living in pakistan?

write down a divorce deed with two witnesses , print it out, go to Pakistani embassy they will put a stamp on it....

now dispatch one copy to 1concern union council where nikah is registered and send the original one to lady and keep one photocopy for your record...

after 90 days UC will issue a divorce effectiveness certificate....

In your case divorce deed should be sent by pak embassy to concern Union council as well as to your wife on a valid paper as being used in USA, after atamp of a Notary Public.
