Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

What's the procedure of child custody petition filed by father before getting Khulah notice from wife,, at what age i can take custody of my daughter, before custody of my daughter how many visits i have been allowed to meet my daughter, my daughter is one and half years old. can i take custody immediately? is there any way possible? My wife doesn't have a father and she is not doing any job? after separation it will be really difficult for her to raise the child,,,
I haven't got the notice yet, i didn't want the separation or divorce. Is there anyone who can be a solicitor, i am ready to meet any terms set by her,

dear there are certain conditions though u will be in position get the custody of ur daughter before khulla.

in circumtances u mentioned u will be in strong footings.
