Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I want to know the procedure of protection application. Is it prayed from session court or high court and any evidences or proof are given to seek protection or not? how much time it will take to get court orders and is it true that a copy of court order is send to that party also due to whom protection is prayed?

no evidence need for protection application. no copy will be sent to other party . you will be afforded one copy. it will take just 2 or 3 days for the case be fixed. and the extent of the order usually for 3/4 days...some times lesser than that .
