Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
I am putting a stay order so that the mother of my child cannot take my child abroad.what will be the outcome after that? My question is that what can be the outcome of this stay order.

she will not be able to take the child outside, however, it is advise that you also pray that the NADRA may be informed that the passport of minor ward should not be prepared (if it is not prepared) and if it is then her name and the name of minor ward my be placed in ECL. In case if she violates the orders then contempt application can be filed along with another Misc. Application for issuance of warrant and to be served through interpole.
