My question: is there some cases in which welfare of minors go to father ?(where mother moral character is not questionable) But she is habitant in marrying one husband leaving him and getting second marriage then also left second husband.From both husband she have two kids (male 03 years and female 06 years).Mother(un-educated) has no source of income no property no agriculture land and lving with younger brother home who enjoys two wives and three kids accompnaing one aged mother and 01 sister.Yomger brother is in Denmak and also un educated
He is the only and single source of income the family

they will try to make you the sole source of income for the welfare of minor,, you have strong and exceptional reasons if proved then you can get custody of minor just like that,,,
