Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

My question is about Inheritance. If a Muslim man whose parents and brothers, sisters are alive is living in his own separate house with his wife and a son. After his death, whether his parents and brothers, sisters can demand the share in his property being Sharers and residuary? Please tell me.

If a married man dies and he has parents and siblings and male dessendent along with wife then the parents, wife and dessendents are share holders and not the siblings and there is no residuary. The wife has 1/8 share, the father has 1/6th share, mother has 1/6th share, the male dessendent take double then the female dessendents. If the deceased has only the female dessendents and no parents then the inheritance goes to siblings only. For more feel free to consult me at [email protected]
