Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I want to ask two questions:

1. If husband divorce wife without any valid reason, I have heard that wife can claim marriage expenses too in addition to dower and maintenance. is it true? if yes, what about if husband got the decree of conjugal rights in his favour and still wife is not willing to joi. can husband claim back the marriage charges as afterall wife is renponsible for break-up the relation?

2. If husband file conjugal rights case and wife contest the case, is there any provision that husband has to pay the fee of lawyer and all other expense for wife side as well. Is it true?

2-- yes, wife can claim in consequent suit , if husband found on fault..
