My court clerck wants you to be specific about your resident in clifton block 2. Most of the Clifton Area falls under the jurisdiction of cantonment and some part falls under City District Government Karachi and if you can find out whether your reisdent lies under the jurisdiction of CDGH or Cantonment we will be able to expedite your matter.

So far from the web site of City District Government Clifton falls under the jurisdiction of Union Council 10 and you are right the office is shifted to some other location, however the address and phone number of nazim of union council is given herewith, you might like to contact him on telephone and find out about the new location.

In addition to the above there is a high rise building known as Corniche Apartment right across bilawal house and on the rear side of the building i have seen a park and some where in the vicinity i have also seen the office of Councilor or Naib Nazim but i am not sure.
