Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

In reference to my previous question stated below:
( i am a christain and so is my 2 and a half year old daughter, my wife took my child and ran away and became a muslim, am i supposed to have custody of the child or her according to law ? )

( in fact ,welfare of the minor is to be seen among other aspects. you have to maintain your child and can enforce your right by court. )
Now, Once i find the where abouts of my wife and child, i file a restraining order against my wife on the basis that she had changed her religion without me knowing about it, and was living in the same house with me "with me being unaware that she has changed her religon" She prentended to go down to buy things for the child and never came back with the child. And also keeping in mind that the act she preformed shows that her decissions are totally not in favour of the childs well being . Will that work to keep my child in my custody till she is 18 years of age ?
