Respected Sir, Me and my wife both are doctors but unfortunately we are no more united due to our different personalities.We have 01 cute kid of 2 yrs. I want to ask can it is possible that i have visitation after talak with my child till his custody to me at the age of 7 yrs.i have tried my best to settle the issues between me and my wife but i think it is not gonna work.Thats why i m asking?

Yes, you have the right of visitation. and even before 7 years you can file a suit of custody if you can prove his welfare with you instead of your wife.

yes talak or no talak, u can get the visitation schedule from the court... after filing case under section 12 and 25 guardian and ward act.
