respected sir,
i got married about six years ago. i and my husband stayed together fo 25 days after that he went to sweden as he was studying there and i came to saudi arabia as i am settled here since a long time. after that my husband never returned to me. i have a child he is 5 years old. he never paid or sent any money for me ormy child. now i wantto take divorce buthe didnt agree. he says if u give me my son i will divorce u. please guide me in this case. i need divorce and my son both.

you have right to file khula suit if he is not ready to divorce you along with maintenance for you and your kid....
You can file Khula and in that case you have to waive your Dower, and also a suit for maintenance both for your and your son.
further if you want to take your son with you, you can also file the suit for the custody of your son.
