Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

salam o alikum!

I am a pakistani girl age 26, and i want to marry a foreign nationality man, he is srilankan. we both are sunni muslims. but our parents are against our marriage.

i wanted to know the procedures for me to get married to him as he is a foreigner....plz let me know in detail about it?
