If you got first talaq notice then please submit your application with notice for Talaq certificate at your concern union council, if you want to get divorce earlier.

after the submission of this notice the Chairman of Reconciliation committee ll summon the both parties for reconciliation and if it fails then after 90 days they ll issue a talaq certificate to you.

these 90 days (iddat period) ll start from the day of submitting the application at union council

if you want to wait for third notice then when ever you ll apply for the Talaq certificate, the time of iddat period ll be start from that day.

I totally agree with Gull Hassan Khan... In addition i would like to say that your sharai talaq will complete on the expiry of 90 days from the notice but that will not a counted as a legal talaq unless you start the process in arbitration council. For more do consult me at [email protected]
