Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
My name is Sara. My husband of four years decided to go our separate ways without actually saying talaq and has done no legal formality either. It has been a month. My parents live in UAE so i was told to go there, while my husband is still in lahore. What is the legal solution here, also if he is just dragging it, what can i do here? also, can khulla be revoked too? or is that final? we are both sunnis

You must file a suit for dissolution of marriage on the basis of khula , it can not be revoked unless u agrees. we can arrange it early disposal within a month, if you tired to prolong it , it ll be decided withing 2 months.
