In school record the guardian name in place of real father name of a child
A lady was divorced when she was pregnent with first girl child. Girld child was born post divorc. Real father who divorced the mother of the girl child neither gave maintenence charges to divoced mother neither any charges reimbursed for maintenence or any of the charges for girld child. The real father even didn't apear in court of law where divorced mother filed civil suite for claim of her own maintenence charges during IDDAT period as well as maintenence charges of girl child upt to age of adulthood or marraige of child girl latter which ever falls is first.
Moreover, the father who divorced the mother of the said girld child disapeared from the scene before divorce took place as he sent divorce by post from unknown place. His relatives told that he arranged an other marraige after divorce and as per his own saying he would never ever apear on the scene. the girld child is with her divorced mother. All mundane expenses of mother and girld child are born by the real brother of the divorced mother which would likly to continue forever.
Qestion
can gurdian name (real pternal uncle as said above) be recorded in column of father in place of her real father in school record etc. keeping in view above said facts

Name of father can be replaced with the name of her Guardian but only being a Guardian and nothing else. Please note that name of her father will remain continue even after the replacement of his name by Guardian.

AOA, Name of Guardian can be inserted where name of the father remains unknown. So far as this case is concerned, name of father is know which cannot be replaced with guardian name. If it is requirement of the school that there must be a name of the person who must appear in school, name of guardian may be replaced with father name but only as a guardian and not being a father.
