Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Si my wife cheats me by marrying me now after just 2 years she is asking for khula or may i live with her parents otherwise she says that she will go for khula i dont want to giver her divorce she also dont want to get my one year daughter she merry me only with that plan she will pressurize me by black mailing either i live with her parents or may i give her divorce is there any way where i can make case of cheat against her and may i can stop to her to merry again as she already cheats me she will do that again with anoy one other
