hello Sir, assalamualakum!

Sir my name is faiza. Sir i want to ask a legal opinion, that my brother's wife (she has taken khulla) now. has demanded Gold items from her side, from us in her dowry case. which is totally false.

her gold is in the possession of her.from day one.

Sir in that Case, now Court has directed both parties to take oath on quran. sir my question is that,

in such case, Can Court 's decision will be in the favour of her. because of being a girl.
