sir, i made my sster marrige .last year, but her husband keep her just one month , after one month he sent her back , and he dosent wana to back her home, we have case file for khula, and after case , he blame her she have taken 100000 before marrige , and it is not true, what should we do about that case, and how much can take to khula

Khula will take around 5-6 months. She will get khula positively.
for 100000 you try to get these documents which are in your favour:
1- bank satement of husband to show he didnot withdrew that amount from his bank.
2- bank statement of your sister to how she didnot take that amount.
3- or say that was a gift Whig he gave to her and will not be given back in case of divorce.
