Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Sir my marriaage cermony was held on 18 oct 2011 and alima reception was held at 21 oct 2011 but my wife did not satisfy by my sexual abilities and she denied to come back but my all over the medical report (harmone profile and ultrasound for penis) are normal and doctor issue me medical fitness certificate from Agha Khan Hospital Main branch karachi at 29 oct 2011. And now she is not accepting these reports and demand for divorce. Kindly give me advice what I do according to the constitiute of Pakistan. I will be thankful to you.

Eat piyaz in the afternoon. Do consult a medical expert on that. Request your wife for some time period because medical science is advanced these days. Get yourself treated and then try to work things out with wife. Legally she has a right of khula under these circumstances. For more do consult me at [email protected]

do talk with her and also convey the medical info to her. that its natural at first time in most cases. as per your provided info, u r fit enough then she ll not able to get dissolution decree on this ground but on the basis of Khula is her right./
