Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan
Sir,
I want to change my First name. Previously it is Iram Qureshi and now i want to choose Haleema Qureshi. Please advise me what should i do in case of legalization or to put it on my ID card and other govt documents.

publish in news paper
prepare an affidavit
apply to nadra office,
and get ur new id with new name

after preparing an affidavit , you should consult Nadra Office .. if they refuse , you can approach the court and get directives against NADRA to get it changed...
As per new policy of NADRA , a decree from civil court is required. so you have to file suit for declaration in civil court your concern board of education can also be included in same case.
