Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir

I was married secretly with my cousin four years ago and then make relations as wife and husband and also drop child. She also lived with her family.

But problem is this that I did not have any legal document such as nikahnama.

Now she is denying from this Nikah.

Is there any situation or way so that I get back her as my wife.

Can I sue her or her family for recovery of her.

Nikaah Nama is not necessary to establish a matrimonial relationship. But in your case , she is denying her relation with you , in that way, she can create lot of problem for you. my apparent advice is that you should take her in confidence , get the nika registered . then you will be on strong footings to claim your marital rights....

have u witnesses of ur nikah or it was just sexul relation ,

if it was a nikah then u can prove but if it just relation then it will b little dificult.
