Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Sir,

I want to ask that is there any time limit to file conjugal rights? I mean that I am out of pakistan and my wife is in pakistan. she has refused to coe back to me untill i give her separate home. If I am out of pakistan, can I file conjugal rights or I have to wait to come to pakistan on leaves ...secondly, if i file conjugal rights after one years of physical separation due to my job abroad, will it have any adverse effect or not?

You should file it immediately for many reasons.. There can be many adverse effects of laziness.. You can contest the case sitting abroad.. For more do consult me at [email protected]
