Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

hello Sir,

My name is faiza.Sir i have received your answer Ref. id (wgWv9nmgXz) . Sir the case is in Family court. and my brother's Inlaws has submitted an application to Court in which they want their Dowery items through Ballet. but they have not given to us any Dowry list during marriage.

A commission would be formed with in a couple of days regarding their application.

actually we have heard some one that the the Court is in the favour of Woman's side.

And what ever they claimed in their list , we must have to fulfil it.

is it true? Is Court will not hear Defendant's side?
