You can file suit for dessolution and marriage and its advanced form khula both without Nikahnama... U can get a fresh copy of Nikahnama at the union council where the Nikah has been registered. If you are in hurry then you can file the suit and get it exhibitted at the time of evidence.. But u need a copy of ID card atleast for filing the suit. Do consult me at [email protected]

Nikkah Nama is not very much necessary for Khula. An affidavit in this regard can be filed in the court which is sufficient to proved ur marriage.

Khula is your right and no one can stop it.
