please tell me that
Can a wife leave husband home without his consent and if she does so, should I give her maintenance or not?
My wife has taken lot of gold from home, in which she has taken some of my mother gold and some of my brother�s wife gold. Rest is her. How can I take my gold back as she has verbally confessed but I don�t have any proof in written.
For jeheiz return, is there any proof/list of receiving legally for returning to bride after divorce as they have not given us jeheiz but can they claim on false statement that they have given jeheiz and we want to take it back?

If a wife leave husband without his consent she is not entitled for maintenance but for that you have to prove that she had left your house without your consent.
You can file a suit for return of the said gold items before the family court.
if there is no proof/list of receiving legaly and since you claim that you have not taken any jahez then there is no question of giving it back. As far as false claim from your wife or her parents regarding giving jahez that had to be prove through evidence before the family court and for that they have to fiel a suit alongwith all the receipts etc.
You should file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights to avoid maintenance.. As far as story of gold is concerned, u need proofs.. U shld determine things through the court... For more do consult me at [email protected]
