Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

thnx for answering me i had publication as well and now after one month my lawyer is saying that my case is on considing and don't know hw much time it will take well the publication notice duration for my husband is also finish and still he is absent and he didn't proceed as he is not in pakistan and his faimly is not accepting any court orders for futher procedure so its almost 3 months and my publication is also done so what will be the next procedure after this thnx alot for replying really it will gona help me to understand my case thnx

the court will proceed ex parte against your husband and there will be a recording of eveidance from your side and then the court will decree the suit on the basis of which you will have to move the union council of local jurisdiction for the issuance of certificate of divorce.that will take 90 days to complete its process. if you require any more informtion then you can contact during 3.pm to 7 pm working days on tel No: 0323-4638149
