Can visitation rights be allowed to grand parents by family court, If husband is out of country. How much time maximum court can allow to visit a child per month?

Further a father can have visitation and custody for one day of a suckling baby?

In a fight between mother and father the children should not suffered, no one care, what minors wants.?

children should be allowed to meet their father and grand parents, this is their right for better grooming.

court can allow meting with grand parents on such application.

its not possible for court to handover the custody of suckling baby for whole day.
