Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

I am visiting my son (3 son) every month in court premises afetr filing of Visitation case.My father in law bring the child to the court whereas he is not guardian of my child.Can i ask the judge to call the real guardian (mother of child).No Guardian case has been filed by anyone till now.Also i want to know that can i ask the court to send the child with me in some park as court atmosphere is not good for the child.

Please guide me whats the most appropriate way to handle the case.

yes u r entitle to file guardian petition and also move an application for permitting the childern to stay for a few days or go to any public place in court hours.
